262 bed, 36 emergency department treatment bays, 10 operating rooms, 10 labor and delivery rooms, 20 neonatal intensive care unit beds, a helistop for transporting trauma patients), a 4 story medical office building, a Hospital Support Building (4 and 6 story buildings about 300,000 sq-ft), 28,000 sq-ft Central Utility Plant with 3,350 ton of cooling capacity, an 8,000 sq-ft Healing Garden and a 1,600 space parking structure

Kaiser Irvine Medical Center
 
The new Kaiser Medical Center and Hospital Support Building is comprised of a 6 story patient tower, 4 operating rooms, associated medical office suites, radiology, cystology procedure areas, central sterile and pharmacy, and a 3 story D&T building with a basement, medical office building, Hospital Support Building (4-story, 90,000 sq-ft), central utility plant (consists of a 2,400 ton cooling plant with 1,000 MBH of reheat capacity, and 13,200 MBH of steam capacity) and parking structure

Kaiser Sunset Medical Center
 
The new Kaiser Medical Center and Hospital Support Building is comprised of a 465-bed replacement hospital at the Los Angeles Medical Center Sunset Hospital. This flagship facility provides comprehensive acute inpatient care, including the most advanced tertiary care and other intensive services to serve Kaiser members well into the 21st century. One of Kaiser’s largest hospitals, LAMC also serves as the Southern California tertiary center for cardiovascular surgery, pediatric, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, spine surgery and high-risk obstetrics. The new building is actually a series of "specialty hospitals"—vertically integrated within the building structure—that meet the regional system’s needs for a central tertiary facility providing multiple acute care and specialty services

Kaiser West LA Medical Center
 
This medical center is one of two Kaiser Medical Centers within the metro Los Angeles service area. As the centerpiece to the Kaiser West LA Medical Campus reconstruction project, the new 184,000 sq-ft tower serves a densely populated and diverse community. The project is phased to systematically construct and relocate departments while maintaining operations. The completed facility will meet SB1953 and FEMA requirements

Project scope included:
  • Designed, developed and installed a new BACnet electronic control system
  • Environmental building automation and controls for operating rooms, patient rooms, office suites and med-surgery support areas.
High Desert Regional Health Center
 
The High Desert Regional Health Center is the hub in the High Desert Health System, a network of clinics offering comprehensive health services in the Antelope Valley
 
The Health Center provides primary and specialty care services and is distinguished for its special programs to manage chronic conditions including HIV/AIDS, asthma, cancer and diabetes. The clinic also provides services related to pediatric behavior disorders and highly specialized care for children in foster care suspected of abuse and neglect
 
The LA County High Desert Regional Health Center is the first LA County Medical building to be eligible for LEED Gold Certification
 
Advanced Automated installed a complete BACnet DDC System for the main hospital and the CUP. The System included AHU, VAV, FCU, EF, chillers, boilers and cooling towers
